2020 AAPA Annual Convention

Registration for the 2020 AAPA Annual Convention includes access to all elements of the Business Program, Exhibit Hall and scheduled evening events (9/13 Welcome Reception, 9/14 Exhibit Hall Reception and 9/16 Closing Reception).

Do not attempt to use this registration function to purchase a booth; please use the Exhibition tab on this website to register booths and exhibitors.

AAPA Member $1,600
Non-AAPA Member  $1,900

*Guests are defined as companions (spouses, partners or family members) that accompany registered delegates. Guests may not attend lunches or the business program, and may only participate in the guest program and evening events.

No Refund/Cancellation Policy for Registrations
Once paid, registration fees for seminars and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to cancel his or her attendance at a seminar or event, the registration fee associated with the cancellation is transferable in the form of a credit in the dollar amount of the registration fee. This credit may be used by any staff person of the registrant’s organization and may be applied to the registration fee associated with another seminar or event hosted by AAPA, including the AAPA Annual Convention. The credit associated with the cancellation must be used at a seminar or event within one (1) year from the original seminar or event date.
